This one hour session will be led by Craig Sherman, Marketing Director for Paintball USA Tickets. The class will deal with the phenomenon of online reviews and how to minimize the impact to other customers. It will address the bullying aspect that the anonymity of an online reviewer that seems to have become pervasive in today’s internet society. With over 45 years in marketing, as well as a limited background in comedy, Craig will give examples of how to diminish the negative impression a negative review could have on a perspective customer.
