Take a look behind the scenes at how a successful chain of paintball parks deliver the ultimate customer experience. Boston Paintball operates 3 paintball parks including an indoor, outdoor and a hybrid park. You will learn directly from Anthony Vitale and members of his team Lori Miller and Anthony D'Ambrosio. They will take you through various parts of the Boston Paintball methods including the mindset, their team, operations, strategies, and marketing. As they present a step by step of the little things they do in each department to create that ultimate customer experience.
This class will include a presentation and open discussion throughout the course. If you own a paintball park, you will want to sit in on this class so you can confirm the things you currently do right and possibly grab a few new ideas for 2019.
