The Round Table Discussion Sessions will be moderated by Junior and Gina Brown of Extreme Paintball Park and Store. Sessions will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 9am – 9:50am in the Thousand Oaks Ballroom. No registration is required for participation in sessions. TUESDAY SESSION (Field Based Topics) will be, but not limited to: Other income opportunities at Paintball parks Should we be concerned as an industry with the dwindling list of liability insurance options Employee Compensation & Training - How do you incentivize your staff and keep them excited How frequently do you monitor your player numbers to see if you are up or down over prior years? What do you do when you start to see a downward trend? Player Safety Orientations - Audio? Video? Person to person? How do we keep our sport exciting?
